Change affects everyone. In recent months, entrepreneurs and managers of small and large companies find themselves reflecting on which are the main development levers of their activities, and which are the threats represented by technological and social contexts in profound change.
The “General Manager in SMEs: tools and models to guide company growth” project was born from this path of in-depth study and mutual knowledge. I have the honor to be the Director of this project realized in collaboration with Unione Industriali Pisana.
This project consists of a 40-hour training course designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises with particular emphasis on family-run ones. These are companies characterized by a huge potential for development, strongly anchored to the leading sectors of Made in Italy, often eager to identify areas of application for new technologies even far from their comfort zone.
The second edition of the course will take place between March and June 2022 and will be taught in Italian. The main goal for the participants will be to identify ambitious development goals, and to equip themselves with those General management skills and innovation management tools that allow the entrepreneur and its collaborators to advance safely, understanding and addressing the obstacles that arise in business contexts of limited size, taking inspiration from the experiences of those who have already seen and overcome these difficulties.
The course, which is completed by a project work activity to be carried out directly in the participant’s company, assigns a certificate of participation and four ECTS.
Registrations are open until 02 February 2022.
